The Unspoken Change

This painting reflects my journey through menopause - the change of life. For me, it was a time of chaos when my brain felt fractured and chaotic. The sweeping black and white strokes capture that inner storm, while the layered textures echo the scars of navigating something so rarely spoken about. Menopause is a silent epidemic affecting millions of women, yet it’s often met with little understanding or support, leaving women feeling confused & alone. I was fortunate to find an amazing hormone doctor who gave me the right guidance to help me through.
